Found several staples and screws on the floor .Also they reused the old wire for the new opener. That's just plain lazy.

I am very unhappy with my recent experience with your company. Last week I scheduled an appointment. The appointment was made so I could be home and it was scheduled for the after noon (I had let the person know I wouldn't be home until noon). Kelly texted me today to confirm the appointment for 11-1. When I stated this would not work I was asked to leave a side door unlocked or it could be rescheduled to Friday. I cancelled. I've continued to have problems with the PIN pad so I also asked for them to show me when they replaced the door seal. Now I need to find someone else to do the work that I thought would be done tomorrow. And I will have to take time off work. A complete waste of time on my end in scheduling an appointment for service.
They did a awesome job on installing my garage door. Told me exactly what they were going to do. Asked if I had any questions. Polite.
This experience was 3 years ago which to me means more than last week. It was easy to contact them for a quote, a guy came out, measured and quoted me per the options as I mentioned. This was during COVID and they beat the expected install date by 3 weeks. They did run into a late day finish due to a couple complications. However, they returned the next day with the correct bottom seal I believe. I was willing to buy a new opener but the rep said with proper installation and spring settings the one I had would serve for years. I have had no problems at all since completion. Love the fact they sell quality products and service. Huge fan and tell everyone I know when they ask where to go for a garage overhead door. Thank you!
In 2014 we had Christie Door install an eighteen foot shop door at our place. Approximateiy 5 years later we had several windows fogging up so we went back to Christie door to see if they could help us. They said they were under warranty and there should be no charge. They just gave us 2 new windows and we came home and installed them. Problem taken care of quickly.. Extremely satisfied customers.This. Summer ( 2023) we again had problems. The 2 we replaced in 2019 were in the worst shape plus we had 1 more with the same issue. We went back to Christie door with our old paperwork to get what we needed.. We spoke to a young man in the front office who took our information, he said they should be able to help us. We waited several weeks did not hear anything. We stopped in again gave a copy of our information to a woman who went back to the shop to see if they could help us.We heard someone in shop said they should be able to take of it and they would get back to us. We have waited a month for a call, got NOTHING so we called Overhead door on Aug14, 2023, they came out on the15th, got a quote on the16th. Replacement windows are in the works.CHRISTIE DOOR HAS LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER! We have heard this week that Christie Door Company has been sold since we first worked with them..We are now a customer of OVERHEAD DOOR.
These guys are top notch professionals. They saved the day for me twice in the past month. First, my garage springs broke and they came out and replaced them quickly and made sure my opener was in good working condition.Then today, my parents had a flat tire and I was on my way to help them put a spare on. When I got there, two Christie Door servicemen were just finishing up putting their spare on.Good service and great community minded people. Thank you Christie Door.
I purchased a new garage door opener for my garage and I would highly recommend them. They called and texted me regarding getting an estimate, and the next week after the 4th of July holiday, they had it installed.

We were very happy with Christie Door. We had an estimate from them right away and ordered our new door. When the door was installed Colton was very knowledgeable/friendly and even stayed late to also fix our keypad that was not working. Highly recommend!!
